It turned out pretty good considering. I really had no idea what I was doing. This old lamp was in my classroom. I had some left over fabric from my cushions in my kitchen. I cut out four sections of the fabric for each side, and hot glued them onto the lamp. Then I realized that the edges were too frayed. I bought some cheapy trim from HL and covered the edges with it. Finally, I glued the eyelash trim around the top and bottom. Low cost, high frustration!

Spring Pretties
I talked Mo into helping me paint stripes on my dining room wall. I am soooooooooo glad we did!! I L-O-V-E it! We started at 7:30pm and finished at 10:35pm. I think that's pretty good. It probably would have gone faster without all the mishaps. Let's see here.... started off with the wrong paint, poured a big tub of paint on top of myself, and ran out of painter's tape. We started painting all of the edges around the tape first, but then we figured out that rolling the paint on over the edges was MUCH faster. I think we are pros at painting stripes now.
Also, I had to add a picture of my cute moss covered rabbits. They are trapped under the cupcake jars.
